This isn’t your average honey. Our bees have been busy gathering nectar from rows of flowering lavender, creating one of the rarest honeys we’ve ever harvested. Lavender plants don’t give off much nectar, so each jar is a little treasure.
The flavour is full of surprises — smooth, fruity, almost jam-like with a hint of citrus. It’s nothing like the parma violet sweets or artificial lavender essence you might expect. Instead, it’s delicate, unique, and wonderfully different.
Perfect drizzled over warm toast, swirled into yogurt, or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
