Delivery

On receipt of a confirmed order, we aim to despatch the next working day. This will be dependent on the time the order is placed.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class parcel postage depending on the number of jars (and combined weight) ordered. All postage costs are based on  current Royal Mail pricing, unlike other online websites we do not make any addition.

This cost generally works out as follows (Nov 2024) and is based on postage package total weight. For the examples below we assume the heavier 1lb jars as a guide, obviously if smaller items are purchased then item numbers will be different.

Single soap bars - £2.65

up to 3 large 1lb jars (less than 2kg ) -  £3.95

4 to 7 jars - £7.95

8 to 20 jars - £14

Delivery is expected to be 2 – 7 working days.

We use a specialised packing box to deliver the honey. The box can hold up to 3 jars. We can tape boxes together to make one parcel.

We do not take out shipping insurance on your behalf, if you wish to insure a large order please contact us using the phone number or email as indicated.
